What does Attribuild do?
Attribuild measures Singapore homes from their floorplans — tracing each plan into rooms and scoring it across eleven dimensions of livability, so homes can be compared on the space itself rather than the marketing.
What data is behind it?
A library of published floorplans traced into measured rooms, each scored across eleven dimensions rolled into one spatial-quality score, organised by development and planning district and kept current from official URA and OneMap sources.
How accurate is a score?
Every score comes from measured room geometry on the actual plan, shown where it lives on the drawing. A dimension a unit does not have is shown honestly as not applicable — never a filled-in guess.
